Often times we get distracted by the mere responsibilities and obstacles life throws our way: but do you use those barriers to fuel your dreams or defer them? The iconic late great Langston Hughes wondered if "a dream deferred dried up like a raisin in the sun, or if it oozes like a wound and then runs.?" I wonder if it festers your dreams while you sleep, or taints your ability to live whole and free? So to avoid experiencing the consequences of deferment I KEEP DREAMING until the day comes I get to meet, greet and speak to JESUS. No matter the hardships, the setbacks, like a conductor on duty I manage to get back on track.... Keep my mind on the FINISH LINE, not the race. And know the gift GOD ingested mind body and soul has to be given to the WORLD, so for HIS grace, I cannot and will not allow my visions, my dreams, my ambitions to go to waste. Will you let your dream defer and dry up like a raisin in the sun? Or will you be steadfast, pray and outweigh your innermost fears to conquer all and OVERCOME?
